How it works
Schedule a Pickup
The night before your order, we will send you a text asking if you need a pickup. Reply yes if you’d like a pickup. You can also text “Pickup” to place an order any time
A Sage Cleaners driver will come by within the designated time window.
Your clothes will be delivered with a reusable Sage Cleaners garment bag 48 hours later.

Depending on your location, we will either pick up on Mondays & Thursdays or Tuesdays & Fridays.
How do I cancel an On-Demand pickup request?
Reply to our text confirmation “Undo”. It’s that easy!

Once you’ve signed up for our pickup & delivery service, we will send you a text the night before we come by asking if you’d like a pickup. Reply “Yes”, and we will come by. You can also text “Pickup” at any time to place an order.

Placing an On-Demand order on our website is easy. visit Sage Cleaners and click the login button to go to our login page. After logging in, select Pickup from the top menu. Select which days you would like to have your garments picked up & delivered, then press Request Pickup.

Right before you confirm your order, there is a text box where you can include any special comments on your order. We encourage you to use this section to include any information on stains or special requests for certain garments.
How do I add a coupon to my order?
You can print out our coupons and place them inside of your garment bag. If you received a coupon via email or text, you can click on them to automatically apply them to your account.
