Sage Cleaners, LLC (“Sage Cleaners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you to our website, including all content and functionality available at https://www.sagecleaners.com
(the “Site”), as well as any Sage Cleaners mobile application (the “App”). Sage Cleaners is pleased to provide access to the Site, App, related data, proprietary software, content, documentation, and information in connection with dry cleaning, laundry, and delivery services (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Site, App, or Services.

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT (“ACCOUNT”), DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APP, OR SUBMITTING GARMENTS FOR CLEANING OR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY:

Sage Cleaners reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting or notice. Your continued use of the Site or App constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
SERVICE TERMS AND LIMITATIONS
Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on the Site or App, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials (“Content”), is protected under U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Sage Cleaners retains exclusive ownership of all Content unless otherwise stated.
You may view or download Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent from Sage Cleaners is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Sage Cleaners or their respective owners.
Limited License
Access to the Site, App, and Services is licensed—not sold—to you. Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Sage Cleaners grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute any portion of the Site, App, or Content.
MOBILE APPLICATION TERMS
General App Use
The App contains proprietary and confidential materials owned by Sage Cleaners and its licensors. Except where permitted by law, you agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Modify or create derivative works
Use the App for service bureau or third-party hosting purposes
Sell, sublicense, or transfer the App
Use App components outside the intended platform
Sage Cleaners may automatically install updates, enhancements, or new versions of the App.
App User Obligations
You agree to:
Use the App solely to access Sage Cleaners Services
Refrain from automated access (bots, scraping, caching)
Not reduce authorized user access through multiplexing
Permit App updates and improvements
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain Services, you must create an Account. Registration may occur via social media authentication or directly through https://www.sagecleaners.com/my-account

You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain current billing and contact details

Authorize Sage Cleaners to charge applicable fees
Sage Cleaners may suspend or terminate Accounts containing false, outdated, or incomplete information.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
You represent and warrant that you:
Are at least 13 years old
Are authorized to use the provided payment method
Will safeguard login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your Account
Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
USER RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Violate copyright or intellectual property laws
Exploit or redistribute Content without permission
Remove proprietary notices
Use the Site or App for unlawful or abusive purposes
ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS & SUBMITTED CONTENT
You are solely responsible for content you post or upload (“Submitted Content”). Submitted Content is public and should not include confidential information.
By submitting content, you grant Sage Cleaners a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any medium. No compensation will be provided.
Sage Cleaners may remove content at its discretion.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive up to 4 text messages per month from Sage Cleaners, including updates, alerts, and promotions.

DISCLAIMERS
THE SITE, APP, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SAGE CLEANERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Sage Cleaners does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or virus-free downloads.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SAGE CLEANERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, APP, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage Cleaners and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

STORAGE POLICY
Items must be picked up within 30 days. Monthly storage fees apply thereafter. Items unclaimed after 6 months may be donated.
WASH & FOLD SERVICES
Wash & Fold includes washing, drying, and folding only. Items are not individually cataloged or inspected. Claims for Wash & Fold services are limited to $50 per order.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Reimbursement limits and procedures are outlined below.
GARMENT REIMBURSEMENT
If a garment is lost or irreparably damaged due to Sage Cleaners’ error, we will initiate a reimbursement process in accordance with the FTC Fair Claims Guide. Reimbursement is issued as store credit, subject to the following limits:
Wash & Fold: up to $50 per order
Laundered shirts: up to 20× cleaning charge
Household & wedding items: up to 5× cleaning charge
All other garments: up to 10× cleaning charge
Credit is valid for 12 months. Original cleaning charges will also be credited. Additional insurance must be requested at drop-off. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours.
Sage Cleaners retains ownership of reimbursed garments.
BARCODE USE
Sage Cleaners utilizes barcode tracking for garment identification. Barcodes do not damage garments, and you expressly consent to their use. Sage Cleaners is not liable for damages arising from barcode placement.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the garment was processed. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
