Refinishing or recoloring of leather jackets is included in the cleaning service, along with conditioning the leather garment. However, not all pieces can be refinished. If the leather is multi-colored, it may require additional time and cost. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to utilize the button in the bottom right corner of your screen to send pictures of your leather jacket.
How long will it take to clean my leather garment?
Typically, it takes 10-14 business days to complete the service once we receive the garment in our shop. The service time is calculated from the time of receipt. The cleaning service usually takes 10-14 business days, while alterations and repairs may require more time to complete.
Is it possible to Can you clean or restore vintage, historic, or custom garments?
Absolutely, we offer cleaning and alteration services for such items. However, please note that these items require delicate handling, and thus, the processing time may be longer. Once we receive the item, we can estimate a timeframe and provide a detailed evaluation through our text service. Please feel free to send photos of the item using the text service, but please be aware that certain items may not be serviceable, and shipping fees may still apply.
Is it possible to fix tears in leather jackets?
Absolutely! we can usually repair tears by applying a larger patch on the backside of the leather to reinforce the affected area. The torn pieces are then glued to the new patch, leaving an outline of the tear. Please note that leather repairs are visible, but we do touch up the color as much as possible for all tear repairs.
