It’s typically used by individuals who don’t have time to do their own laundry or by those who want to outsource the task. The laundry service provider usually charges by the pound, and the customer drops off their clothes to be washed, dried, and folded. The clothes are then returned to the customer, neatly folded and ready to wear. It’s a convenient service that saves customers time and effort, and is often combined with other laundry services such as dry cleaning.
How does your laundry service work?
Wash and fold laundry service works by providing a convenient and time-saving solution for customers who don’t have the time or desire to do their laundry themselves. The process begins with scheduling a pickup through an app or visiting a store. A Sage Cleaners driver then picks up the laundry and takes it to the laundry facility where it is washed, dried, and folded according to the customer’s preferences. The clothes are then neatly packaged and returned to the customer, usually within one day or even the same day upon request. This service offers a quick turnaround time and frees up valuable time for customers to spend on other activities.
What about comforters?
We’re happy to clean your larger items like comforters. However, they are not included in this plan & will be billed separately.
Is there a minimum order size?
You can send any sized order in. We do have a minimum charge of 10lbs or 1 bag, depending on if you are using our subscription plan.
What happens if I use more than the number of bags on my plan?
In the event that you use more bags than you have one your plan, you will be charged for each additional pound that you send in.
Do I need to separate my whites from dark clothing
Nope! Our team will take care of all of the sorting and clean them separately according to color.
Can I sign-up for regular weekly service
Absolutely. Subscribe to any of our monthly subscription plans and receive beautifully cleaned and folded laundry every week at a reduced rate.
