Labeling Special Items
To ensure proper care, please label separate bags for:
Dry Cleaning: Garments that require dry cleaning or laundering and pressing.
Delicates: Items needing extra gentle care.
Linens: Sheets and towels eligible for our discounted Linen Bag pricing.
If bags are not labeled, we will process the contents as standard wash and fold laundry. Upon returning your clean laundry, we'll provide personalized laundry bags for your future orders.

Note: For your first order, if you don't have our designated bags, please place your laundry in clean disposable bags. Our drivers will collect them and return your cleaned items in our personalized laundry bags for future use.
Our team handles all sorting to ensure your whites are never washed with colors. We also check all pockets to make sure nothing is left behind.
For stained garments, we recommend placing them in your Dry Cleaning/Launder Press bag, as this process is more effective at stain removal.
