What happens if my order stays in a locker for a long period of time?

We get that you get busy.  Our team will send you a few reminder texts to let you know that your order is ready.  If two weeks has gone by, our driver will return your order back to our production location and coordinate with you a better time/way to get your garments back to you.

If sixty days go by without us being able to successfully contact you, our team will donate your items on your behalf.
